These terms cover this website. They do not, by themselves, give access to the humanicOS platform — that is governed by a separate written pilot or subscription agreement.
humanicos.ai presents the humanicOS product and lets you contact us. Everything here is informational. Screenshots, figures and roadmap items describe intent and current state, and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to deliver a specific feature by a specific date.
Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written agreement, scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or submit someone else's personal data through the contact form without their knowledge.
Responsible disclosure is welcome: if you find a security issue, tell us through the contact form before publishing, and we will work with you.
Access to the platform, service levels, support, data location, pricing and payment terms are agreed individually in the pilot agreement. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement prevails.
Demo environments are provided as-is for evaluation. Do not put real personal data or confidential material into a demo — use a pilot environment with a Data Processing Agreement in place for that.
The humanicOS name, logo, site content and the platform itself remain ours. Content you submit — your enquiry, and any material you upload during a pilot — remains yours; we process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the pilot agreement.
The platform uses AI models to draft courses, summaries and answers. Generated material can be wrong or incomplete and is meant to be reviewed by a human before it is used for training or decisions about people. We do not present AI output as verified fact, and neither should it be relied on that way.
This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability relating to the platform is addressed in the pilot agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The governing law and forum for a commercial relationship are set out in the pilot agreement, and are agreed with each customer before signature. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
